We have found that our hourly key charges double time when we have two instances of Archicad running at once.

I called our retailer and they told us "yes we kind of knew that"
they said that they have heard of the issue, but have never seen it personally.
Their solution to this was to just not have two instances open.
We NEED two open most of the time.

One of a couple things need to happen here. We should be warned of this before the purchase of a key, we may have made a different choice had we known, or at least we would have only had one archicad open at once, we have used twice our time with out using the key for that amount of time.
Obviously the best solution to this is for Graphisoft to figure out what the problem is and fix it.



So buyer beware.
