Still there for me, although not I'm not the target audience. Are you sure you didn't take the survey while sleep-foruming, Bob?

I did take the survey and passed it along to my colleagues.

Pretty straight forward.

It did let you comment freely, which is a nice feature since some surveys just give you multiple choice.

If you havent taken the survey, it may be worth your time and effort.
