We have a couple of PCs in our office were ArchiCAD is not able to start. When trying to start ArchiCAD it will show the start screen for a couple of seconds and the it closes again without an error message.

Check with your reseller, it might be an issue with the license check failing.

I vaguely recall having this problem 1-2 years ago. I didn't think about the license being a problem, since it should boot up ArchiCAD in demo mode if it can't resolve the license, but there was some issue with codemeter software as I recall.
