Am I completely missing the boat here? I cannot ever upload JPEG files to this forum, no matter the size. I can upload the same image converted to PNG. However, the PNG get resolution dumbed down and they never look sharp online.

Is there no way to upload a clean, sharp JPEG to this forum.......I must be missing something here. Is it a setting in my user profile I need to check off to upload anything other than a PNG?

Can you send me the JPG in a private message?
JPG files can have many different types of compression. I am wondering if the JPG is saved with a compression the forum software does not like?

Thank Lazlo, I appreciate your help. Sending you a file. BTW, the files I try to use are straight out of Photoshop CS, latest version.

btw, CS and CC are quite different. The latest version of Creative Suite, CS6, came out in 2012 and does not have cloud functionality. Creative Cloud on the other hand had an update to CC2019 last month.

That was a typo on my part, I meant I use Photoshop CC, latest version.
