How come I do not get notified by email when a reply is posted even though I checked that box off? Thank you.

I have changed the relevant setting in your Profile so you should now always be notified when replies are posted.
Did you get a notification after this reply of mine?

Hmm, that is strange. The "Notify me upon replies by default" option is set to "Yes" in your user profile.
If you try to reply to this post and start writing the post, in the "Options" field below the text input area, is the "Notify me when a reply is posted" checkbox checked?
