grid lines and MVO

I would like to control the appearance/disappearance of grid lines with MVO instead of just layers

Which Grid Lines are you talking about?
The Construction Grid?
Or the Grid Element?

I don't actually know any way of controlling the display of the Construction Grid other than by the "View > Construction Grid Display" menu command.

sorry, I actually meant "grid element", (I was confused because we call it "construction grid" in our industry)

Also be able to control the length of the grid per view. One view I might need the grids longer to accomodate Dimensions strings. In other views there might be no dims.
