No MESSAGING in AC24 4007

Sharing a project for a team, accessing projects remotely. Setup of BIMcloud/Users/Roles, Working/Messaging in Teamwork (Example: What are the firewall settings for the BIMcloud to make it accessible over the Internet?)

I cannot see messages sent by others and they cannot see the ones I send..

Anyone experience this?
Is there some setting that may have got switched?
(when I updated yesterday?)

I don't know if this is it, but in the Work Environment > More Options, there is an option to "Show New Message Alert in Teamwork".
Updating will not usually change WE settings though.
