I have a Dell M6800 laptop with windows 7 professional. BimX crashes when i start the program. Here is the data that is generated when it does:

Are you simply trying to start the program or are you trying to open a BIMx file?

If the first I would go to the Graphisoft website and download the desktop viewer again and re-install.

If the latter try another file or just open the program on its own.

Barry - I first tried opening the file. Then just opening the program. I then uninstalled the program and reinstalled it. I still cannot open the program nor the file.

I used to have a similar laptop and had no problems.

I would try starting in safe mode and then see if it runs.
Try updating video card drivers.
And although the desktop viewer can be installed separately, it is also installed when Archicad is installed - so maybe try re-installing Archicad.

Other than that I am out of ideas.
