I'd like to be able to use an app to read ac-talk on my iPad or iPhone. I've come across two that look like they're compatible with this forum, but require a script addition tweak at the Forum Administrator's end - available from the developers' web sites:

TapaTalk - http://www.tapatalk.com/

&

TouchBB Forum Browser - http://www.messageforums.net/iphoneforumreader.php

Any thoughts?

Why not use the Safari browser bundled with the iPhone/iPad? It works for me.

I agree, Aaron. One of the dedicated PHP forum browsers would be much more convenient than zooming and panning in mobile safari (etc) on iPhone. (Safari on iPad is fine for me - enough screen space there.)

The app store lists some that do not require changes on the hosting side, although reviews were mixed about them working with some sites and not others. Have you tried any of them?

Cheers,
Karl

Why don't you make a wish so people can vote?
At least we could see how needed this is for people as a forum feature.

What I meant is that a poll would show how many people would like to view ArchiCAD-Talk on iPads or iPhones.
I mean if it is only a few people then it is not really a widely supported feature request. The forum programmer guy has a lot of other tasks he needs to do so it must be taken into consideration how many users will be benefited if a forum feature request is programmed.
