This looks like a special door - not one of your off the shelf Archicad objects.

To get the frame flush with the wall set a zero reveal depth and then when placing the door you first click on the flush side of the wall and then you tell it which direction to swing the door.

You may be able to alter the frame settings (sizes) to adjust the position in the frame - I don't know as I don't know what door object you are using and I don't actually use the default Archicad doors myself so am unsure of their options.

HI THANK YOU.
i have tried..but i am not an expert. i guess to do a door like this i cannot have a "hinged" door but a rotating one to trick the program. see image attached. the idea is to have the door leaf flush with the wall on the opposite side of the door open.

I'm not sure what door object you are using but I just tried with a default Archicad 'Door 19'.

Try placing the door on the front of the wall (where the red line is) with a zero reveal distance and swing the door as you have shown.

I did this (see image) and turned the inside and outside casings off and set the frame thickness to be the same as the door thickness.
You could also change the frame width to zero.

But I see no way of having a full frame to the side (i.e. same width as wall) and then moving the door in that frame.
The door is always flush with the edge of the frame that it swings from.

Hi, Im also trying to make this door flush with a inswing, but when I flip it goes all the way to the other side. Any idea of why am I doing this wrong?

Barry, the image you sent is exactly how I would like. Thank you very much!

The first point you click (on the side of a wall) when placing a door sets the anchor point and the reveal side of the door - reveal offset = 0 if you want the frame flush with the wall.
Flipping the door does not change the reveal side, it simply flips the door and frame from inside to outside.

If you want the reveal to be on the other side of the wall, you have to rotate the object using the pet palette option.
You may also need to mirror the door if you want to change the side the hinge is on (left/right).

Or you can just place a new door clicking on the side of the wall that you want te reveal to be measured from.
