It would be very cool to have additional black or dark grey style option for the people who like this autocad, photoshop style and draw mainly at night when white is irritating.

You can do this using "Grids & Background" buried in the view menu. Just watch for your pen colours which won't adapt on their own to the background e.g. black pens won't turn white on a black background, you will need to select an appropriate pen set or create graphic override. I think there is a globally available autobad pen set in AC if you need it.

I think he means the whole UI, not just the 'viewport'.

Yes indeed, what kills your eyes is contrast. Black viewport with white toolbars is devastating.
